A fresh graduate must accept as soon as possible that university time has gone.On the contrary to university where they do work on it's own chosen time , at work place you'll need to keep pace with instruction your lead given to you.Never ever waste a single minute of your office , do work if found some time learn new things which help you in your office work.

2. Not Asking Enough Question:

As a new hiring , One must shouldn't ask too much question or vice versa.Asking enough and relevant question increase trust level of your Boss on you.They appreciate you when  you ask question it's make like you are interested to learn and grow with organization.

3. Be Idle for too long:

Take a small break from work is okay for resting and get back to work.Ideal work break depend on you but studies suggest take 5 minute break atleast 1 hour of continuous work help you to be active and increase your productivity. Never let yourself down , always focus on learning for first 1 , 2 years.

If you stay idle for too long it will be against you , you'll be thought as a liability on company so be careful folks.

4. Immediately looking for other jobs:

Most commonly mistake a fresh graduate do at their first job is immediately looking for next job.When you have already spent a months in your job.
